More than a beautiful door

Why choose a composite door?

Composite doors combine the look of a traditional timber door with modern security, insulation and durability, giving you a front door that looks great and performs brilliantly every day.

  • A solid, reassuring feel every time you close it
  • An insulated core to help keep your home warm
  • A noticeably heavier, more secure construction than standard UPVC

How do I get a composite door installed?

It starts with a free home visit from Dave, DWD’s owner and head surveyor.

Dave will measure the opening, look at how your current door has been fitted and talk through what you would like from the new one. You can compare styles, colours, glass and security options without needing to make any decisions there and then.

Once everything has been agreed, your new composite door will be made to fit your home. DWD will then remove the old door, install the new one and make sure it opens, closes and locks exactly as it should.
